Terry T. Kidd (’01, M.S. ’02)

Dr. Terry T. Kidd has recently been named Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs at Southern University at Shreveport, where he also hold a joint faculty appointment in Computer Science and Urban Education with emphasis in STEM. Over the past few years, Dr. Kidd has been the recipient of the Houston Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award, the Distinguished Service Award from Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, and inducted into Epsilon Pi Tau for his research in technology adoption and Informatics. Dr. Kidd is a three time graduate of University of Houston and a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received his PhD degree in 2011.
